NFL Football WK 12 2008 Picks

I think the toughest game for me to call this week is actually the Packers – Saints game.  They have virtually identical records except for one thing: The Saints do much better at home than the Packers do away.  The Colts – Chargers game might be fun to watch.  I think the Chargers are reeling from last weeks loss to the Steelers and the weirdness of the officiating, and might take their revenge out on the Colts.  Hard to know though.  They could be feeling beat up.  Either way, the Colts have a better record.  I also think the Patriots – Dolphins game will be a good one, if only because the Pats want revenge for their earlier loss – at home - this season to Joey Porter and the hated Dolphins.  Plus, they lost to the loathed Jets last week, so they’re down in their division now and have to make up for those losses.  If they can beat the Dolphins, and the Jets lose to the Titans, they can regain the lead in the AFC East.

  • The Titans remain the only undefeated team, going into week 12.
  • The Lions remain the only winless team.
  • The Giants are the only team with a single loss.
  • The Bengals and the Chiefs are the only teams with a single win.
  • Just like last week.
