NFL Football WK 5 Picks 2008

So far, there are 3 teams that remain undefeated: Bills, Titans, and the Giants.  And there are 4 teams that remain winless: Lions, Rams, Texans, and Bengals.

Tough games for me to pick this week were the Redskins – Eagles game, and the Bucs – Broncos game.  I picked the Redskins mainly because they beat the Cowboys and the Eagles didn’t.  I thought that gave the ‘skins an edge.  Plus, believe it or not, the ‘skins have a better record so far: 3-1 to the Eagles 2-2.  So it should be a good division game.

I think the Bucs – Broncos game will be good too.  Both teams are 3-1.  I picked the Broncos because they have slightly better winning points than the Bucs (101 to 133) and the game is at Mile High.  I think the Broncos seem to do pretty good at home.  But that ought to be a fun game to watch too.

Byes this week: Browns, Jets, Raiders, Rams
