Whee! Football season is upon us now! It’s official! The first game kicks off tonight at 7 Eastern and we’ll spend the next 5 months in a flurry of suspense, hair-pulling, and nails bitten to the quick in tension. Yay! Football!
So I've made my picks, based mostly on last season, and bits and pieces I've garnered from around the web. Okay, okay, mostly based on because they sounded good. Let's face it, every game's a crap shoot and as my husband likes to say, "Any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday." Or whatever day the game happens to be on now. Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. Some guesses are more educated than others, and that's the way the ball bounces. It's week 1, and too soon to tell which teams are stronger and which aren't, so that won't become more clear until a bit later in the season.
All things being equal, and all that being said ... Are you ready for some FOOTBALL??!!
